I could not have asked for a better realtor to help me buy my first home. Between me and my parents, I felt like the BIGGEST pain, but Jenny never blinked an eye. So much to the point that she gave up nights to go look at houses with me and her Easter Sunday morning for me. I have already decided that when it comes time to sell my bachelorette pad, where Moose is LIVING for the stairs (Jenny, you know), I'm listing my house with Jenny and assuming I'm staying in the area, she's going to be my realtor to find a home again. When it comes time again for me to find a new home, I cannot wait to call on Jenny. Also Jenny, Bear LOVES all of his windows to watch his birds :). The boys (cats) and I could not be happier with the house you helped us find to finally (after 3 years of dreaming) get to plant our St Petersburg roots. The most recent transaction was for the purchase of a home on a bridge-less barrier island only accessible by boat. To make it even more interesting the home was for sale by owner. Jenny was able to handle all aspects of the transaction including arranging transportation to and from the island for showing and inspections. When the inspections revealed repairs and when the appraisal came in lower than expected she was able to get both parties to come to an agreement. Her advice has been invaluable. She is an expert in pricing residential property and in providing exceptional service to her clients. As an asset manager for a National Company she has valued and been instrumental in selling over 2500 properties; over 200 in Florida. Jenny specializes in finding buyers and working with them to find the right property. Since she is constantly in touch with people looking to buy a new home, she is positioned to let our sellers know of anyone who is interested in purchasing their property.She has a degree in Finance from Florida State University, is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an ABR, a CDPE, and is a Certified Military Housing Specialist.
